Not only was the product exactly as I ordered, and the shipping speedy, the customer service was above and beyond my expections. I made an error on my order, and John and Diana did everything they could to make sure my order shipped correctly and all problems were corrected satisfactorily. I would definitely recommend Push Pins and Fabric Cork Boards.
I absolutely love the Paris France push pins -- they look even better in person than they appeared on the internet (though they looked awfully cute online). Hmmm -- friendly service, a great product, and an offer to respond to any future problems – who would have guessed that customer service like this still exists?!!! Thanks so much! Jackie
I love your message below. With everything being on the web these days people seem to forget the value of the "personal touch". Clearly, you have not forgotten. I can tell you that it felt good to get an order acknowledgment message with such a sincere and friendly tone. The push pins are wonderful. Here again, the way you packaged them and the personal message that greeted me when I opened the box beamed with the pride and caring you obviously place in what you do.
