RETURN POLICY

 

Shipping Time Frames

On all stock items, (Push Pin Sets, and some Custom Bulletin Boards), we normally ship next business day, including Saturday.  Personalized Push Pins can take up to three business days to ship because of the several stages of drying time required.  The larger Custom Bulletin Boards can also take up to three days.

Shipping Provider

Most orders are shipped USPS.  Shipping charges are based on a pre-determined weight given to each product, plus the weight of packaging material, the shipping method chosen, and the shipping address.

        Each set of Push Pins is .25 lb. (4 oz.), plus a packaging and handling charge
        Each 12" x 12" Bulletin board is 1.75 lbs plus a packaging and handling charge
        Each 16" x 24" Bulletin Board is 6.75 lbs plus a packaging and handling charge
        Each 24" x 24" Bulletin Board is 8.75 lbs, plus a packaging and handling charge
        Each 24" x 36" Bulletin Board is 11.75 lbs, plus a packaging and handling charge
        Each 24" x 48" Bulletin Board is 15.75 lbs, plus a packaging and handling charge

                The larger bulletin boards boxes are considered oversize by USPS and incur an additional charge.  These additional charges have been built into the weight of the package mentioned above.

Occasionally, when multiple products can be shipped together and a savings results, a refund will be made to your credit card for the resulting shipping charge savings.  Order and shipment must be on the same day to be shipped together to the same address.

For residents of the Continental US,Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories andCanada, we offer:

        First Class Mail for packages under 13 oz
        Priority Mail for packages over 13 oz.
        Express mail for overnight delivery
        Parcel Post for the larger packages such as the four larger bulletin boards.

You may insure your item up to $5,000 against loss, rifling, and damage.

Destinations

Texas Residents are charged 8.25% sales tax.  If you are a wholesale customer, we must have your ST-3 exempt form or Resale Certificate on file.

All International shipments (other than those mentioned above) are shipped Express Mail International.  Based on the assigned weight determined above, approximate charges would be:

Express Mail International Insurance: $0.00 to $100.00 no charge: $100.01 to $200 cost $.75 and from $200.01 to $500 cost $2.15.

Customs

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches your country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be born by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

First Class Mail, Confirmation, and Loss of Package

If you choose First Class Mail you have the option to select Delivery Confirmation which will add a small amount to your shipping charge.  If your package does not arrive, it can be tracked; however, we cannot assume responsibility for the First Class Shipment once we have properly mailed it.  Please contact us to  make sure that your shipping information was correct and we will check to make sure we shipped to that address.

Priority Mail

Orders over 13 oz are shipped Priority Mail.  Priority Mail is traceable and can be tracked if the package does not arrive.  

APO/FPO Orders

Shipments to APO (Army Post Office - associated with Army or Air Force installations)/FPO (Fleet Post Office - associated with Navy installations and ships) addresses will be shipped via United States Postal Service.

RETURNS POLICY

We make every effort to provide reliable pictures of all our products and to fully describe each product including the weight, content, number of items per product, etc.  However, we know that occasionally a customer will find that the product is not what they had expected.

ALL returns/refunds must be requested within 5 days of receipt in order to receive a refund and returned within 10 days from receipt.

        Damaged product or product not as pictured or described.  If you receive a product that has been damaged due to inadequate packaging, or is not what was described or pictured on our website, please return the item within 10 days, with an explanation of why it does not fit our description and we will immediately refund your entire order.

        Product was not what you wanted.  If you receive a product and change your mind, or it is not exactly what you want, or you did not realize the color, size, etc, even though it was properly described, return the product within 10 days, post paid, and we will immediately refund the amount of your product purchase, less a 10% restocking charge and original shipping charges.  THERE IS A 25% RESTOCKING CHARGE FOR CUSTOM BULLETIN BOARDS THAT ARE RETURNED as these are rarely resellable.
