Occasionally, when multiple products can be shipped together and a savings results, a refund will be made to your credit card for the resulting shipping charge savings. Order and shipment must be on the same day to be shipped together to the same address.

First Class Mail, Confirmation, and Loss of Package
If you choose First Class Mail (less than 13 oz.) you have the option to select Delivery Confirmation which will add a small amount to your shipping charge. If your package does not arrive, it can be tracked; however, we cannot assume responsibility for the First Class Shipment once we have properly mailed it. Please contact us to make sure that your shipping information was correct and we will check to make sure we shipped to that address.
Orders over 13 oz are shipped UPS ground as are all packages sent to addresses in the Continental USA are qualified for our FREE SHIPPING BONUS. UPS shipments can be tracked if the package does not arrive. UPS shipments are insured automatically for up to $100.
Packaging - We take pride and care in the packaging of our product for shipping.
Push Pins - are usually packaged by the set on a styrene block with instruction card then bubble wrapped. This is not only safe, but it allows for customer to re-package as a gift.
The larger Bulletin Boards are packed carefull with extra strength added to the boxes.
We make every effort to provide reliable pictures of all our products and to fully describe each product including the weight, content, number of items per product, etc. However, we know that occasionally a customer will find that the product is not what they had expected.
PUSH PINS - Product was not what you wanted. If you receive a product and change your mind, or it is not exactly what you want, or you did not realize the color, size, etc, even though it was properly described, return the product within 10 days, post paid, and carefully repackaged, and we will refund the amount of your product purchase, less a 15% restocking charge. ALL returns/refunds must be requested within 5 days of receipt in order to receive a refund and returned within 10 days from receipt.
BULLETIN BOARDS - We offer free samples of all of our fabrics and ribbon choices. If you have any doubt about matching your selections, you should ask for and receive your FREE samples before you place your order. Because of the custom nature of the finished product, we are not able to offer a return or refund on our custom cork bulletin boards.
FRAMED BULLETIN BOARDS: Sorry, returns for Framed Bulletin Boards are not accepted. Be sure to order carefully. We will happily answer all questions and send pictures as available.
